    Navy Watch Officer's Guide, by Capt. Russell Wilson, issued by US Naval Institute in 1941. This is the April 1942 reprint (4th image).
    Cover has scuff marks and edge wear. Previous owner's name is on inside of cover and on the chart folded into a pocket at the back (last image). Pages clean and tightly bound. All of the pages have crease marks at the bottom near the spine, radiating out from the staple mark (5th image).
