    Description

    You are bidding on a Vintage Double Breasted Navy Blue Military Peacoat - Size 35L - (Long) Wool Overcoat. I am not sure if this pea coat is from the Navy or the Air Force. I got it at an estate auction so I do not know the history on it. Stapled inside is a tag (see picture) so I'm not sure if that will tell bidders anything about what era it's from or which branch of the military it is or any other info. I am not sure about the years this would have been worn by Airmen or Sailors. I just guessed with the years of 1954-60 that I put in item specifics. The last 2 photos show the buttons on the shoulders. The buttons are silver color but they look gold in some of the photos because of the flash from my camera. This overcoat can be buttoned either way - so for a man or a woman. There are buttonholes for buttoning it either way.

    ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF MY PICTURES MAKE THIS COAT LOOK LIGHTER IN COLOR THEN IT IS IN REAL LIFE! IT IS DARK NAVY BLUE IN COLOR. THE LINING IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION BUT COAT SHOWS USE AND WEAR.
