Vintage Majestic rotomatic lawn mower

I have a Majestic Rotomatic Lawn Mower in good shape for a collector. I didn't clean it off except for reading purposes. Most collectors want the grime and dust on them at purchase. I would also . There is some rust on the bottom where the blade is. None of the rust on the mower is bad enough to hurt the mower as seen in pictures. The white stuff just comes off with a damp cloth. I didn't run it because I didn't want any debris going into the motor if there was some. So I don't know if it runs. If you have any more questions please contact me. Thanks for looking. Ricco
