Vintage Imitation Pewter WW2 Era Celtic Square Shape 1" Shank Button

We are listing Two 2 Buttons from the WW2 Era and similar make up today. VERY COLLECTIBLE!
From my Grandmother's Button Box. As I've stated before, my grandmother never donated or passed a clothing item along without first removing any interesting buttons. This particular button measures 1" in diameter and is very lightweight. I believe it is ceramic poured into a mold. The design resembles a Celtic Knot with a band around it; the reverse side is a shank. This button was beautifully painted to resemble pewter. I think it was used on a dress or jacket. It's just wonderful! IN EXCELLENT. LIKE NEW CONDITION!
