The manufacturer's mark is worn off.
However it matches gear pullers by Clesco from Cleveland, Ohio.
Arms are 3 inches   length from base.
4 1/2  inches spread.
Weighs 1 Lb. 5.2 oz.
Heavily built.
Threads are all good.
Has been cleaned and oiled.
