Vintage, ~Nazareth Waist Co.~ Original Advertising Poster.
Poster Dated:   March 28,  1896.
Incredible! Antique Advertising Poster for the Nazareth Waist Co.
originally located in Nazareth, PA.  The Poster has been professionally Framed & matted
along with an original example of the early 'Nazareth Waist' Underwaist (Underwear),
& also an original Postcard from the same time period, which shows the Nazareth Waist Co
building.  This Poster is an incredible Turn of the Century illustration, which shows Cartoon
like depections of notable Politicians, and Celebrities.
along the Foreground are the 1896 Presidential Candidates.. Incumbent President
Grover Cleveland,  Carlisle, Peffer , William B.Allison, Thomas B.Reed,  William Jennings Bryan,
& William McKinley.  at the finish line is Chauncey Depew. United States Senator from New York.
Behind them we see "Uncle Sam" & "John Bull" depicted Boxing!   (John Bull is a national personification of the
United Kingdom in general and England in particular, especially in political cartoons and similar graphic works.)
a Juggling Man whose Belt reads "Turkey".  The Balls he is Juggling read "Germany, Russia, & England"
Beside the Juggler we see  Eugen Sandow, famed Prussian Strongman Bodybuilder & showman.
a Pair of Women fencing.. belts read  "Fitzgerald"  &  "Russell".  Swinging on the Rings above you can
see two figures. One's belt reads "Japan" & one's "China".  to the right we see  Teddy Roosevelt
working out on the Even Bars.  Remarkable illustration withg tons of Historical reference!
