This is size large 1957 manufactured MB-4 (P-4A) flight helmet. The helmet has markings of hard use of fighters but it is a complete unit with an interesting oxygen mask receivers. MB-4 flight helmets were manufactured for a Strategic Air Command (SAC) but in this case this MB-4 has been modified for USAF fighter pilot John C. Bartholf with a visor so it is making this MB-4 helmet more interesting one.
