    This is a six-page
    United States Navy
    introduction pocket
    guide to personal hygiene and sex
    .   It was published by the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Navy Department.  I believe this is circa 1960s. It could be earlier. It is 3 by 4 inches.
    There is the expected age yellowing of an item like this. And there is very minor edge wear.
    Just downsizing.  I have had this for many years.
