Embroidered on felt w/white gauze backing. Cut edge.
Threads burn. No glow. The white backing threads reflect light but does not glow.
(Please note that the black light test is only one testing tool. Coal tar (analine) fabric dies were used from 1927 into 1943+ and those dies do glow under UV/black light.
