Original military-surplus knife bayonet for use with 8mm Mauser rifles.
This is a German-production, Turkish-modified bayonet, type M1935.
The M1935 designation is applied broadly to a variety of similarly-dimensioned, modified bayonets.
Blade length measures approximately 24cm. Overall length measures approximately 37cm.
Pommel marked with serial number "2065" and "
ASFA", an abbreviation for the Askari Fabrika military factory.
No other visible stamps or marks are discernable on the bayonet.
Condition is good surplus/used.
