The N.S. Meyer Company of New York City was one of America's foremost insignia makers until it folded over 20 years ago. In addition to the U.S. government, N.S. Meyer contracted with many foreign governments within the Western Hemisphere for their insignia needs. These items are NEW old stock cleared from the factory when it was liquidated. All are over 60 years old, still on their maker cards, and are UNUSED. They are as bright and pretty as the day they were made! These were difficult to photograph as they are still very shiny with their heavy plating.
During the Trujillo Era, these beautiful lapel pins were made for the use of Trujillo and his ministers on civilian dress.  These are 1/2" tall, gold plated, and feature great detailing with hard-fired enamels.  Each has a pin back so they will stay upright and not turn while bring worn.  This is still the national crest of the Dominican Republic and I have sold these to current Dominican diplomatic personnel among others.  You will receive TWO PAIRS of these.
Sorry, I do not ship outside of the United States. Buyer receives FREE tracked shipping.
