because I guess its a great place to get free stuff  if you pay and ask for your money back they will give you the money back and let you keep the item
they have done this to me many times this last time on A very expensive paint sprayer that cost my son 1700.00  dollars.    Even after I paid for return
shipping label eBay told the buyer he could keep it and not ship back to me.   helping him steal it from me this was the straw that broke the camels back
so if I have listed something that you would like to have for FREE and if you are that kind of person thats how to do it and I know most of you are not   but
they are out their since I am taking this time to vent I have always felt it was wrong of eBay to take a percentage of the shipping around 14% Causing
sellers to have to charge a lot more than the actual shipping cost they don't help with packaging bubble wrap or tape they do not take anything to the
shipping center burn any gasoline or anything like that they just take part of the shipping money I do not think that is  legal if anyone knows how to start a
