    An Excellent Condition Swiss Model 1957 Bayonet and Scabbard by Wenger with a Leather Frog by
    A. Flückiger
    The bayonet is in excellent to about new condition.  The finish and construction are impressive.  The blade has only slight scuff marks from the scabbard on the sides just forward of the crossguard. The edge has not been sharpened and remains smooth.
    14-1/2 inches overall length.
    The scabbard is marked at the throat with the Wenger "FW" hallmark, matching the blade.
    The frog is in very good condition. It shows light and remains pliable. The reverse is marked with the maker and "89", indicating 1989 manufacture.
