This shoulder boards are black colour with two yellow color stripes. Two strips mean Senior officer personnel in the Soviet Russian navy fleet.
Navy shoulder boards - Captain, 1-st, 2-nd or 3-rd rank (equivalent to Major, Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel in the Soviet Army.

The width is 6 cm. The length is 15-16-17 cm.
