This Russian GP-5 Gas Mask was intended for Cold War civilian use and helps to protect the face, eyes and respiratory system against chemicals and radioactive and biological warfare agents in the form of gases, vapors, aerosols and more. It has a lightweight, rubber "shower cap" design that gives you full face and head coverage and the dual-eye openings have sealed, protective eye lenses. The gas mask comes with an unused, screw-on Soviet 40mm, canned filter cartridge and a carrying bag.
