South African Recce Copy? Transkei/Ciskei? Camo cap lizard brush pattern RARE

Custom made Lizard/ African camo pattern camo cap.
No clue what this cap's origin really is, but it looks a lot like an off-spin Lizard pattern, or some pattern used by the Autonomous regions of South-Africa....or even an South African Recce made custom cap to blend in with enemy fighters.
Colors are fresh and not faded.
Two metal grommets on each side serve as airvents.
Interior is green, outside fully camo pattern
The size would be a size 56/57 / US size 7-7 1/8. elasticed part in the rear of the cap.
This type of caps aren't found very often scarce, mostly locally made in small numbers, and few surviving.. they tend to be scarce.
