This is a Simplicity Legacy XL (MDL 2690304) w/Kohler Command Pro 27 HP air cooled engine with oil cooler. Includes the original Simplicity 60” deck with rollers. This tractor includes tilt wheel and hydraulic power steering. This is a heavy duty compact tractor with shaft drive and can accept attachments like a front end loader and backhoe. This tractor can support a 540 RPM rear PTO with a kit from Simplicity (1694399 - not included). MSRP on this is about k new.
The unit was in storage for years and only has 9 original hours - that's right, 9 original hours! I am using it to cut my grass so will likely have 10 within the next few weeks. The unit is very clean and even has the original tags on the hydraulic lines. The original owner purchased it to run a snow thrower but only used it a few seasons and left it in the corner of his barn. This is a great machine and would be a great asset for someone with a landscaping business as it can handle many jobs and with the 60 inch deck can make a quick job of any lawn. The deck includes the famous Simplicty rollers - the cut on this is amazing! This is a little too large for my 1/2 acre lot so am listing it for sale. Tractor runs great but recommend a service since it has been in storage so long. The hydraulics are a little slow so likely needs new fluid and a filter.
