You are buying a nice & rare Oceanic Personal Safety Device / Safety Sausage. These are super cool since they can be used like an inflatable life preserver or unzipped and used as a safety sausage. These are required equipment on boat dives. Think of how nice it would be to use as a snorkel vest or for additional floatation along with your BCD. If your personal collection is missing this item don’t wait to see when/if another one will show up. Very nice condition, not sure if it has ever been in the water. Copyright indicates 2002 / 2003 so it is vintage.
