Rare Vietnam Era 1950-80 USMC Uniform Dress Top Military Pinstripe Nurse Buttons

For sale here we have this Authentic, Original 1959-1980's Vietnam (and other) era women's green and white military pinstripe top with early rank patches on each sleeve, USMC.
The top cloth tag has name "M.A. Monteith" but i acquired this from its 2nd owner, C.M. Smith which is hand written in the inside, button side of the top.
The top pocket is only for decoration but there's a hidden type of pocket on the inside right,  by the shoulder.
All buttons shown are included, and they are some very beautiful and original green (possibly Bakelite) with a small lead ring backer for metal ring to hold it in place. Logo is a bald eagle with an anchor.
The left sleeve, at the cuff needs some hemming on the inside but is in No way damaged.
There's some light staining, wear, marks,etc,  but Overall this top is in Excellent condition,  The color is still bright and vibrant.
I unfortunately do not have provenance on the top just some info i found trying to research a few like items to include this one.
