Incredible graphic art on this magazine cover only the delineator June 1919 shows two very pretty ladies and extremely fancy dresses and parasols also known as umbrellas there is a black gentleman looking at them from the side wearing a neat flapper era looking cap . again this is only the cover of a magazine it is not a complete magazine there is some slight waviness to it and a little bit of yellow age standing at the top. .
