Promotional Booklet - Yama-Mai Silk Imported from Japan c1890s

Description

An unused 4" x 5 1/4" booklet designed to be sent through the mail for Yama=Mai "A Silken Cloth with Lustre High".  The title page depicts the Yama-Mai trademark depicting flowering vines and silkworms.  The booklet is a narrative about An American Man in Japan and how he brought his fabric to America and how useful it is for lining dresses. All Silk is 19 " in Width and priced at 39 cents.  Sold by C. H. D. Robbins Co. Columbus O.   Line drawn illustrations on each of the deckled pages.

Buyer pays shipping. We ship through the Postal Service and recommend insurance on your purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.  If payment

not received within two weeks of the completion of the auction, we reserve the right to relist or sell the item to the underbidder.
