MSA Millennium CBRN Riot Control Mask Respirator 5073 w/ Tinted Lens Cover

Here is an old 1987/1988 mask that was used in the military.  Included is everything as shown in the photos,  the case, mask and a plastic folded item of some sort that slides in the pocket of the case as shown in the photos.  The whole kit could benefit from a good clean and polishing but we will do neither.  This will be left up to the new owner.  The lens cover on this mask appears to be double thick, outside clear and inside tinted an amber or maybe a light yellow color.
