M17A1 Chemical-Biological Gas Filter Element Set Only Made in USA

These replace the kidney filters in your M17A1 mask.
They are tough to replace if you remember from the Army.
They have a right and a left, they are not the same.
Took me about 20 minutes to complete the task.
I have not trained on these in 35+ years.
The set does not include the
diaphragm flappers.
I cleaned the flappers with rubbing alcohol,
there are 4 of them total on this mask.
I also wiped the entire mask down after I removed the kidney filters.
Then fought them into place and got the rubber buttons
fastened once again.
Certainly a task to have done before you need the mask.
I can once again breath great through my M17A1.
These also fit the M13A2.
The two dirty filters opened are not included
and are pictured for demonstration only.
