    Description

    This coin was issued under
    Taghay Timur
    (AH 737-754,
    1336-1353
    AD). the
    last Ilkhan,
    in the period of
    Rival Khans
    , in Ilkhanate.
Ilkhans was a khanate established from the
    southwestern sector
of the Mongol Empire.  The Ilkhanid realm was ruled by the
    Mongol House of Hulagu
    .
    In the 1330's, Ilkhanate
    was ravaged by the
    Black Death
    .  Its
    khan Abu Sa'id
and his sons died by the plague in 1335, after which the
    khanate
    disintegrated
    .
    Taghay Timur
    was a claimant to the
    throne of the Ilkhanate
in the mid-14th century.  Of the many individuals who attempted to become Ilkhan
    after the
    death of Abu Sa'id
    , Taghay Timur was the
    only on
e who hailed from Khorasan, and was the
    last major candidate
    who was of the
    House of Genghis Khan
.  His base of power was Gurgan and western Khurasan.
Hasan Buzurg decided to turn against the Khurasanis.  With both
    Jalayirid
    and
    Chobanid
forces opposing Taghay Timur, Taghay Timur had little
choice but to return to Khurasan.  Although in 1340 Taghay Timur was again recognized by Hasan Buzurg as Ilkhan, and continued to be recognized
as such until 1344, his attempts to unify the Ilkhanate under his rule had
    effectively failed
.  The regular Khurasani army had been decimated, leaving
Taghay Timur dependent on his and his allies' tribal forces, where were insufficient to conquer the west.
    In
    1353
, Sarbadars presented themselves before Taghay Timur in his camp.  They
    struck him
    down, then
    slaughtered
    his family and his army.

    But now, unfortunately,
I can not send it with registered mail to some nations, including
    USA, Canada & Australia.
The Japan Post Authority has stipulated that the current handling of international mail to some nations,
all of the air-mail can not be treated as registered mail.
The handling is due to the paralysis of the international postal system.
