This Hill-Rom P500 Therapy Surface Air Mattress was purchased in 2017, and used for only 3 years.  It has only been used by one patient, in a single home.  It has not been used since November 2020.  It includes the control unit, and the inflatable mattress.  The original users manual is conveniently kept in an envelope at the back of the control unit.
I've seen this item listed on the websites of several medical suppliers.  Brand new it retails for around ,000.  However, I am only asking for 0.  I have received some offers in the 0 to 0 range.
The pictured Hill-Rom 100 Low Long Term Care Hospital Bed (Model P3930) is not included.  It is being sold separately.  However, if you are interested in both the air mattress and the hospital bed, I can offer you and good deal on both.
