5192 Bearing Cup Installer Tool works on driveline series 1610 to 1880 and nearly all other heavy-duty truck and machine type U-joints with bolt-retained bearing cups.
Operating Instructions:
Step 1
Remove all fasteners from bearing cups.
Step 2
Slip the U-Joint Puller over the yoke of the driveline.
Step 3
Turn the tool’s forcing screw clockwise with either a hand or impact wrench. (Note: Reverse thread)
Step 4
Once bearing cup has been removed, repeat the process on the remaining bearing cups.
（NOTE:10102 U-shaped joint puller can be used with up to a 1 inch impact wrench.）
Operating Instructions:
Align the bolt retained bearing cups precisely. Tighten the screws on both sides of the bearing cup installation to fix it.
An impact or hand wrench is then applied to the forcing screw, installing the new bearing cup with ease and efficiency.
