This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 10 1/4" tall), blue decorator Peter Stone "Winter Slumber".  This beauty is a OOAK painted by Dawn Quick on the Standing Drafter (mare) mold.  She features a custom tail, added nose wrinkles and carved ears & nose.
