This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 7" tall), glossy black blanket appaloosa Peter Stone "One Sixty Four".  This cutie was a 2009 one-of-a-kind (OOAK) made from the Pony mold.  He has speckling & blue eyes.  There's a teeny, pin hole-sized scratch near his left girth.  Otherwise, e
