This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 10" tall), glossy bay pinto Peter Stone "Outrageous".  This gal was a Special Run for the 2007 Top of Ohio (only 30 pieces).  She was designed, painted & signed by the artist, Karen Zorn.  Excellent condition.  P
