This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 10" tall), glossy bay (with sabino spot on belly) Peter Stone "Khartoon Klassic".  This beauty was a 2004 Special Run of 150 pieces and was made from the Arabian mold.  There are some tiny imperfections in his gloss.  Otherwise, lovely condition.
