This is a Peter Stone decorator "Cowboy Christmas".  This fellow was from the 2002 Living Horse Series and was made from the ISH mold.  About 8" tall.  Preowned, but new in original box (box has minor wear including yellowing, scuffs, dents, etc.).  P
