This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 7" tall), buckskin pinto Peter Stone "Cloud of Mist".  This cutie was a Special/Limited Run for the 2001 West Coast Jamboree.  Made from the Pony mold.  The owner's tag says this is glossy, but he doesn't look very glossy to me (semi gloss, maybe?).  Signed & dated (06-23-01).  There are a couple of tiny areas on his face that look like the paint didn't quite get down into the creases (factory).  Nevertheless, he's in, otherwise, excellent condition.
