This is a Traditional-size/scale (about 9 1/2" tall), glossy speckled blue decorator Peter Stone "Lapis Lazuli Arab".  This fellow was part of the Precious Stone Series & was produced from the Original Arabian mold in 2000.  Designed by Laurie Jo Jensen.  Excellent condition.
