In this particular auction, you will be bidding on an item designed for the US Air Force, Aviation, and/or Cold War enthusiast. As shown, this is an original Sept. 1954 US Air Force Manual, Air Navigation, Vol. 1, AFM 51-40.  The Manual is in very good condition, although there is some page wear from storage to the first two and the last two pages. The manual is in a binder format (with a homemade spine) and measures 8.5 by 11 inches with 282 pages filled with drawings, charts, tables, and more. Important to note that this is an original Air Force publication and not a reprint.
