1908 Advertising Print Dressmaking At Home - May Manton Fashions - Paris Hats

I am selling an old 2 sided Advertising Print from Dressmaking at Home. Size is 13.5" x 9.5"
Side 1 are two newest spring fashions from May Manton featuring Skirt/Top Dresses (May Manton's were a spin-off of McCall's) One is a Circular Empire Skirt and Blouse with a fancy overwaist. The second is a tucked overwaist with girdle and a five gored Empire skirt.
On the reverse side are a collection of ornate Spring Hats from Paris.
The page was most likely removed from a ladies magazine and saved as a reference. It was found in an old trunk and is nice and flat. It does; however, have a brown spot and black spot (old ink?) by the middle page hats. Some of the edges have rips or tears. It would look real nice framed and protected.
As with all vintage items, there are signs of use and wear that I feel ads to the character. It makes me wonder who used it and what has it endured. I do not deep clean items and as such will probably need to be cleaned before use or display.
